POLICIES FOR ALL WORKSHOPS:
Once you are enrolled, your payment becomes non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend the class, please contact us BEFORE THE START DATE OF YOUR ENROLLED CLASS, and your tuition can be credited to a future workshop session or product purchases of equal or lesser value of your choice. All credits must be redeemed within 4 months of original payment date.
Once the workshop that you enrolled in has started, your payment cannot be refunded and you cannot transfer to another workshop session, no exceptions.
Each online tuition paid only entitles one participant. Under no circumstance do we allow sharing workshop access with other non-paying individual(s). Should we discover violations of this rule, offenders will be denied further access to class materials with all tuition forfeited.
We will update you on workshop information via email, but it is also your responsibility to follow up on workshop schedules and updates. PLEASE check your registered email address for workshop information updates (please check your spam box as well) - unless you have informed us of a different preferred email address, your registered address is the only means of communication we have of reaching you. You will receive a discord invitation once enrolled.
Should we need to cancel any or all of the sessions for whatever reason, your full or remaining balance will be refunded to you accordingly.
